Capitol Park Family Session | Sacramento, CA

This beautiful family session was so much fun to photograph. We laughed together pretty much the entire time as we walked through the peaceful State Capitol Gardens. The photoshoot started off with the youngest celebrating her upcoming fourth birthday, and let me tell you, she had so much charisma, you would have never known this was her first professional portrait since she was a baby. 

I asked the girls who their favorite superhero is and the yelled out, “Wonder Woman!”, and continued to tell me that Wonder Woman would be the theme of her birthday party. I just about died from a cuteness overload. You bet I asked that question a few million more times throughout the shots to get the sweetest, most genuine smiles. Let’s face it, towards the end of photos everyone gets tired, but when you remind them of something they’re totally into, the energy returns and more wonderful moments are captured.
