Love Notes
We originally hired Danielle about a year ago to do engagement photos and then our wedding after meeting her a couple of times at two wedding fairs. I was first sold on the amount of natural light she uses and that I was able to hold some (nerdy) conversations with her; I teach for a living, so talking comfortably with another adult that's not my coworker is another plus.
Anyways, COVID hit and we kept postponing our engagement photos in the hopes that it would get better; so thanks to Danielle for being so flexible and patient while we all waited.
We ended up doing an intimate wedding with some close friends and family. During our wedding she did a great job guiding us through with COVID appropriate, comfortable, and natural poses with our friends and family! She also had asked us for a quick timeline and list of photos a few nights before, which made everything seamless. During our "romantic" part of the session Danielle excused the rest of our friends and family for some private time with my husband; that was a great help, so we could focus on ourselves and not feel as subconscious with a crowd.
Overall, we're super happy with our pictures. We were also able to postpone our original wedding and ceremony with Danielle as well! - Jocelyn
I love Danielle! Danielle did the photos for our wedding, which included our engagement photos and I really couldn't have asked for better photos. She far exceeded my expectations! I've gotten so many compliments on both our engagement photos and our wedding photos, and there's so many frame-worthy photos it's impossible to choose. She did the most amazing job capturing the day and really capturing the story of our wedding. She was super professional, had great energy, was very attentive to my needs as the bride, and is overall a great person and photographer. Danielle was great at offering up ideas for locations for our engagement photos and she was even better at keeping the tension minimal between my husband's and my giant, blended extended families. Danielle was fantastic! Great communication prior, flexible, found the perfect venue off the beaten path and captured us beautifully! We found Danielle at a Bridal Show in Elk Grove and are so excited to work with her! After meeting with Danielle, we ended up booking both our engagement session and wedding with her. You will not regret booking Danielle for any and all of your special moments in your life. As all of you know, finding a good photographer for your wedding is one of the most important vendors to book. She did our engagement photos first and we knew right away we wanted her there for our wedding day! She has an eye for good poses, backdrops, etc. and we were so impressed by her professional manner. It rained all week and all morning the day of our engagement shoot and she had put together so many back-up plans and creative ways to take pictures in the rain. We got lucky and it cleared up for an hour for us, but I appreciated all of her hard work and it put my stress at bay.
Leading up to the wedding, she would check in with me, send me ideas, and she changed around the schedule so many times to accommodate our schedule. She even sent me the cutest little care package to take a bubble bath, light a candle, drink champagne, and eat chocolate to relax before the wedding. SO thoughtful and personable which (trust me!) helps with the planning process! Our wedding photos are amazing and I cried the first time I looked at them. Just seeing her do her thing on our wedding day, you can tell that she is meant to be behind that camera and is so passionate about capturing the right moments. I also received so many compliments about how professional and how natural her and her second shooter, Gabby, worked that day. So flawlessly and so flexible with the changes in schedule--we had a horrible hail storm right when the ceremony was supposed to start, and they handled it like it was nothing.
I can't wait to book Danielle for our future life events--babies, family photos, etc.

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Danielle be our main photographer at our wedding. Danielle is an extremely talented and blossoming young photographer whose eye will capture the special moments that will last a lifetime. Danielle is also extremely compassionate and knows that balancing the photos while experiencing the moment is just as important on the big day. My wife and I never felt rushed and none the less found ourselves right on schedule to enjoy the festivities. Danielle also shot our engagement session and we knew from then on that we would only trust these momentous times in our lives in the hands of one photographer. She is worth every penny that she charges and then some. We also had two of Danielle's team members onsite with us for both occasions and her coworkers are as talented and amazing as she is. Danielle is great! My sister in law recommended her to me and I'm so glad she did! She photographed my baby shower so beautifully and I'm so happy to have such nice pictures to remember my special day. I really enjoyed working with Danielle. She was able to travel to Southern California for my wedding in Oxnard. She had the right equipment for taking pictures at the venue plus had the perfect lighting equipment for taking pictures at the beach. She had an assistant with her and had multiple cameras for the perfect angels of my ceremony. Pricing was wonderful and I would defiantly call on her again. - Kaley
