What a freeing feeling it is to simply tell your couple to feel the music and do whatever they want. To be in the moment. To be with each other and love on each other. In the past I have been so worried about getting a million different poses, when in reality, the couple usually isn’t looking for that. They want to look back on the images you captured of THEM.BEING.THEMSELVES. Now, if my couples ask me what to do next, I will gladly guide them into something different without taking too much time to perfect it. Their love is perfect and beautiful and so easy to capture when you’re not focused on other things.
Courtney and Marcell’s love is incredibly beautiful and palpable. The song played as I shot and I kept the feeling it portrayed in mind while trying to convey its mood in the images. As the waves crashed outside and the warm, early evening light poured in around them, it was dream-like. Congrats Courtney and Marcell on your almost 1 month anniversary of being married. You are beautiful souls and I’m grateful for getting to take a peak into your wonderful world together.
